You may return items within 30 days of delivery, for a refund. If the error was our fault then we will 100% give the customer a full refund and pay the return shipping.
However if the error is the customers fault, (ordering the wrong part, etc) they will be required to pay the return shipping and is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Also, we will only accept returns from products that were not installed in the customers transmission.
To return a part the customer must place it in a box, along with the original copy of the invoice, and a note stating what the problem was.
We will issue the customers refund immediately after we have received the customers part. After we issue the refund it will take 3 to 5 business days for the refund to enter the customers account.
All products we offer include free shipping to the lower 48 states.
The economy shipping option will take approximately 3 to 5 business days to ship to the lower 48 states.
If you would like your part to arrive sooner, than we do offer a priority mail shipping option. The priority mail option will arrive in approximately 2 to 3 business days.
